We hired Jim Fletcher to create a trust to avoid probate costs and set up a will, along with healthcare and financial powers of attorney, when we were expecting our first child. He was incredibly organized, thorough, and easy to work with. Jim even came to our home when our schedules were tight! We've used him again after having our second child and referred my parents, who were equally impressed. Highly recommend him for estate planning!

My company hired Fletcher Law to handle a quiet title on a parcel with a complicated title history with several defects and a hostile foreclosure defendant. As litigation ramped up and the case progressed, his attention to detail and timely professional responses proved that we had made the right choice. Attention is in the details... We noticed all legal arguments would also be accompanied with backing case law citations and straight forward connections to our quiet title claim. Jim clearly has a gift for real estate law and a creative mind that is attempting to think two steps ahead, being proactive and not reactive. I hope I don't need him again but, we highly recommend if you find yourself in need of a quiet title attorney. Final case decision still pending in court as of this review post but I would also not change upon outcome.
