I got my first super speeder ticket and originally had to pay $453, it would have been reported on my driving record, my insurance would increase, and my license would be suspended for 6 months. After explaining my situation to Muneer, he was able to negotiate with my prosecutor and reduced the price to only $83, 20 hours of community service, a completion of a court-ordered driving course, and no license suspension. I was honestly amazed at how well he was able to negotiate everything and reduce the damage as much as he did!!! I did everything I was supposed to before my next court date, but then it got rescheduled because of corona. He spoke with my prosecutor AGAIN to avoid having to return to court as long as we signed off on an agreement swearing that I completed everything I was told to do. So I ended up with an even BETTER outcome which was: super speeder dismissed, speeding reduced, not reported on my driving record, not reported on my insurance, license suspension avoided, court appearance avoided, and NO FEES OR FINES!!! He was able to make it seem like nothing ever happened!! I would highly recommend hiring Muneer because it shows that he truly cares about his clients and goes out of his way to give them the best possible outcome there is!

I went to court without him and the prosecutor wanted me to do jail time. I hired him and 2 court dates later my case was dismissed.

I’m not sure where to start. Mr. Awad was the 2nd attorney I had hired the other one was not so useful. I called Awad office he answered gave me all the time I needed to explain my situation, he advised me and gave me some sort of hope. I spoke with a few other attorneys but ended up back at Awad because he listened to me the other ones gave me 10 mins and then started talking money. I did hire Awad Legal Team. At every court notice he was there I didn’t have to go nor speak. He was very professional, always got me to answers I needed, he knew I was stressed and worried it’s like he took on my stress and worry for me not only at times was he my lawyer but he was my therapist he even assisted in helping me locate the help I needed to get pass what had happen. The day of court my heart was beating out my chest I saw Mr. Awad who then advised me I got your case dismissed I almost cried. If you’re looking for a lawyer who will fight your battles in court he is that lawyer

Mr. Awad is by far the best lawyer we have hired. He has helped me through my case, my fathers, & recently my mother’s. I’m a new home owner to Marietta. Similar to the home improvement shows on TV, I hired several contractors for multiple projects. Unlike the home improvement shows on TV, a contractor, demanding more money, took me to court. In addition, put a lien on my home. I went to my new neighbor and asked for advice. He referred me to Attorney Muneer Awad. Told me that Mr. Awad grew up in Marietta and has an office on the Square. My neighbor said that Mr. Awad had represented him in the past and is a wonderful lawyer. After meeting Mr. Awad, I knew instantly that I wanted him to represent me. He made it seem as if I was his only client, spending time to go over my case, reviewing all the details. During the trial, Mr. Awad pointed out discrepancies in the contractors statement, showed that the contractor amended our agreement without my input (adding $1200 to the contractors bill), and discovered that the contractor submitted a faulty lien on my home. It didn’t take long for the court to rule in our favor! No additional money was awarded to the contractor and the lien on my home removed! I’m sure everyone is familiar with the stresses and costs of moving and renovating a home. The last thing you need is the stress of going to court. What a relief it was to have Mr. Awad represent me. I’m in agreement with my neighbor... a wonderful lawyer!

I called Mr. Awad on a Friday about court on a Monday and he was there. He got me out of my missed court date and helped me avoid serious points to my drivers license while also convincing the prosecutor to not make me pay any fines. He is serious about court, but he's super chill to talk to. He never judged me for missing courtdates or the multiple car accidents I caused lol.

I loved everything about Mr. Awad he genuinely cares for his clients. He does his best as an attorney and we appreciate him for that!
