Richard did an excellent job for my son's DUI case. He never backed off or gave up. He was relentless in his pursuit of justice. My son was innocent and Richard stood by him and got the DUI thrown out. We started out with another lawyer, but switched after we met Richard and never had any doubts after Richard took the case. He stuck with it for almost 2 years. I would highly recommend Richard if anyone needed a good and fair criminal attorney.

In April of this year I found myself, unfortunately, in need of Mr.Holloway's professional services: my experience with him and his Team was nothing short of outstanding. I interviewed four different attorneys in the Greater Atlanta Area before making a decision on who I wanted to represent me, and he was the clear choice. It took six months to come to resolution with my case and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome! I had three driving charges against me: two were thrown-out, the main charge was reduced, and the fines/terms were minimal. Mr Blevin did an excellent job at handling my Battery case. He was easily reachable and clarified all my concerns with a great deal of patience. He also guided me throughout on the matters he was not legally bound to. He was very considerate in terms of fee charges also. Needed a criminal defense attorney and received a great recommendation for Blevins & Hong. The office staff was so helpful and Mr. Blevins was a great attorney. He was able to get the case dropped down from a felony to a misdemeanor. Very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Great office to work with. Highly recommended!!!!!

Mr. Blevins really helped me through a situation, I was not really sure how to handle the situation. But he made it pain free. I was in a car accident that was not my fault and had many phone calls from different insurance companies, about the accident and everyone that was involved. Terrified they would some how make this my fault. I contacted Mr. Blevins he walked me through what needed to be done. Kept me very informed through the different acts that was taken by email and by phone. ( That is hard to come by these day.) Normally you only talk to a secretary or a machine. But he was really hands on with every letter and action that was taken. By the end of the case he told me about money that I was intitled to that i would not have even knew about if it had not been for his help. I received several injuries from the accident he made my experience worry free for my family and I. During this time that was the last thing we needed to be worrying about. Thank you Richard.
