This is actually from Deborah Conway. I was in an accident a couple of years ago. I finally had enough medical bills that I reached out to Gentry Law Firm. Over a few months, Bill Gentry and his staff looked out for me, cared about my physical and my mental well-being. Thankfully they came through victoriously with a settlement. I am very disappointed in the legal representation provided by the Gentry Law Firm. You have provided beyond poor legal representation from the general errors in sending me the wrong documentation (other clients names, bank statements, account numbers, balances, etc), lack of communication, lack of preparedness, frequent staff turnover, etc.
Generally displeased, I am providing this feedback in hopes you can correct this for clients moving forward.
