My experience at the Law Offices of Sean R. Whitworth was great. All of my documentation was formalized and presented excellently. I am very satisfied

I’ve known Mr. Whitworth for many years and I can say that he is fair and I am very satisfied with his representation.

The first time I delt with sean a year ago he was good. He was handling a divorce for me.I decided to try and work it out with my husband so I withdrew my petition after paying him in full.I called him back a year later and asked for his help again he tried to charge me three times the amount. And when I asked him why he became very rude and said he couldn't help me.I was very disappointed I mean its my money. I couldn't understand why he was so rude

I owe my life to Sean! I went through numerous attorneys during my divorce/custody battle until I met Sean. Everyone who came before just wanted money and didn't care about me or my child. When I met Sean, that all changed; I could tell he actually wanted to help us. I now have sole custody of my child; (I fought for 50/50) and my son is thriving! Thank you Sean from the bottom of my heart!

I watch my sister suffer in a 14 year marriage and be bullied by her ex’s attorney for one and half year. Sean defended my sister in her divorce with ethical conviction and lots of knowledge of the law. Sean will tell you how it is and simplify any complications of the case. He was outstanding in front of the Judge. He will only address the issues that really matter and you can tell the judge liked the respect he had for the court’s time. I will highly recommend Mr. Whitworth’s service to anyone looking for a divorce attorney. Don’t be concerned about the flat fee. It will be the best decision you ever made. There is no reason to pay all the hourly fees attorneys charge, I saw it first hand in her case. With Sean you will get a very strong, powerful representation and quick closure. He has no need to stretch your case for hourly fees.

Sean has been my attorney for the last 7 years. Not once has he failed to deliver incredible results in the court room and help keep my mind at ease at all times. His rates are some of the best I’ve found in Atlanta and he does his due diligence to ensure that his clients are well taken care of and have their case heard. My case has been one of the nastiest he has come Across and he has done nothing but fight tooth and nail in court to prove my case. As long as I’m in Atlanta, I will have Sean as my attorney.

Sean is an excellent attorney. He is very commited and will defend your case in a zelous but ethical manner. I truely appreciate his sense of honor in justice. I highly recommend him for any family type issues you may have.

I was at the eve of my court date and not feeling confident in the attorneys I had spoken with. My sister found Sean Whitworth online and read his reviews. We are a people of faith and prayed for the right attorney. Sean turned out to be that and more. He responded quickly calling me late that evening.The moment we spoke I knew he was confident & in control. The next morning with no prep,Sean immediately picked up the heart of the matter and went to work as a dynamo in my defense.The case was dismissed. Thank you Sean.

No efforts to extort here……. Let’s be clear, would a refund have been fair? Yes…. Do I or did I think I was going to get one? No. …. So as far as extortion, that is and was not my intention at all. In the last sentence of my written review I did say, “I need a refund and college tuition” however, like I said above I didn’t for one minute think I’d get either. I do apologize for being a bit emotional however, I do stand by the rest of my review. I have taken down my written review after being threatened with legal action by Mr. Whitworth. When I took down the written review I did leave my 1 star rating and I am still being threatened with legal action if I do not remove this rating. It is my understanding these sites are used to write reviews good, bad, or otherwise to inform potential clients of your experiences with a particular service as well as to inform business owners of your feelings about their services. This is simply a review/ rating about services rendered not an effort to extort or defame anyone. Mr. Whitworth has many positive reviews on this site and I am sure he has done excellent work for others, mine just isn’t one of them. I would hope that even though this was 5 years ago, he will reflect upon the handling of my case. I also hope he can see this as what it is, just my experience and move forward.

I had very complicated divorce process with custody. Before I was introduced to Sean I had to change couple lawyers firms. I can tell only one thing, he is the best of the best when it comes to the battle in the court. He was always prepared, always supported and fought for me till the end. He won my case and I got everything what I asked for. I recommend Sean and his team 100%. You won't find any one better than him in the city of Atlanta.
