The idea of getting it done was so overwhelming that I kept putting it off. I wanted to update my will since I am now married (and I learned that prior will is invalid when you marry. Yikes!) This is the 3rd iteration of my will and I've been an Executor, so I know a bit about it from practical experience. I wanted more than an online will because I have seen some unintended consequences before. Sarah White was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to my input. She provided suggestions and clarifications when I asked questions. She was responsive to email. I provided several updates from my prior will content and she willingly incorporated them. She was responsive and the whole update took about 2-3 weeks. She made some accommodations to minimize contact for the "signing ceremony" as I requested due to Coronavirus since I am "at risk". Overall, I felt she did a solid job and provided what I needed in a timely manner.
