Mr. Welch was assigned to me though Cobb County Courts years ago. After helping me with that case, I hired him for several more. From a divorce to a DUI. He is the ONLY attorney I would ever use and have since recommended him to others.

Having Eric Welch represent me in my DUI case was a godsend. I was facing a 3rd DUI and I was very concerned about my future. I have never felt like previous lawyers I spoke to listened to my struggles nor cared until now. He was always readily available to answer all me questions. He took my case extremely seriously and seemingly personal. Eric Welch was able to get the courts to reduce my charge to a Reckless Driving and I couldn’t have been happier with his services. Had I retained any other attorney, I do not think I would have obtained the result that I did. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Welch handled my divorce. He was able to draft a settlement agreement that my soon-to-be ex agreed with, yet gave me everything I wanted out of the divorce. Eric represented me in a contract dispute. He was quick to respond to the plaintiff, he asked me lots of questions to get a full understanding of my side, he was reasonably priced, and continues to keep tabs on the case.
