I am only giving this man 5 start because I cannot give him 10. Mr. Flugum is the best lawyer for the job. He was ALWAYS very responsive and attentive. Of course, he is a busy attorney also handling other cases. He is always just one phone call away. If he doesn’t pick up immediately, you can surely expect a call back from him in under 24hrs. Also, you can expect to reach him on his personal mobile device. You will not be contacting his secretary or leaving messages to get passed on. Thomas is serious about his client’s freedom. HE DOES NOT BS. We hired him one week after I was in custody. He was able to get me a bond hearing scheduled for the upcoming week. He visited me in jail a day after my wife hired him to notify me of his representation on my case. This man is very compassionate, reasonable and supportive. He is aggressive in court (I’ve seen it first hand). He has brought peace to my family and myself as he has helped me resolve my case. I highly recommend. Although I am extremely grateful to have had him represent me, I hope to never need his services again.
