They constantly stayed in communication with me and helped me with any problems I had. Whenever I called I would be contacted back same day as long as it wasn't too late in the day or they would call back first thing in the morning the next day. They are great to work with and the epitome of professionalism.

Had my first ever car accident last year, a friend recommended Jones & Swanson. I got into contact with Mary Jo to start the process and figure out what to do, since I’d never been in this situation before, I didn’t even know where to start. From the beginning Mary Jo was ON IT with the at fault insurance company and getting me my settlement for medical bills and my car. She really went the distance to get me what I deserved and needed. Great and constant communication, answered any questions I had, gave me updates as soon as she got them. Mary Jo had my back all the way through, and she’ll have yours, too.
