Wonderful great customer service

My daughter was recently in an accident and the other drive that was at fault was in their company vehicle. We didn't know what to do and needed help and direction. Had a great initial consultation with Chase and he gave us some options and information on how to protect ourselves. In the end we did not have to goto court and fight any extreme battles. The main point I would like to share with everyone that might read this is. I didn't pay Chase and team a dime. But they gave me plenty of advice and direction and continued to follow up with me until I gave them word that case/issue has been resolved. Now if that isn't customers service and being a caring and thoughtful human I don't know what is. Kudos to Chase and the team at Jones & Swanson.
