When I was involved in the car accident that totaled out my brand new Mercedes I was beyond overwhelmed and scared. From the intake to the first moment that I walked into jones and Swanson I was treated with the upmost respect and care. Zach Pritchard was assigned my case and from the moment we sat down until the very last day we were signing final papers, Zach’s main priority was seeing that I was # 1 physically ok. Best in the business!! I was involved in a multicar pile up type of accident involving about 6 cars and only 1 was at fault. These type of accidents usually drag out as I expected it to so I was prepared to fight this til the end. I did my research and found Jones & Swanson on google with nothing but great reviews so I called and sure enough I was not disappointed. They were EXTREMELY attentive, informative, and VERY quick to answer any question I had to make sure I had the best experience during what can be one of the worst times. I was without a car for almost two months, went through 3 rentals, while my car was being repaired and for a car enthusiast it was awful being without my car. Chase helped me with anything I needed and I cannot thank him and his team enough for making every step of the way a better one. Our experience with the Jones & Swanson begun under not so fortunate circumstances. Me and my husband live in GA only for a few years and because of this, we don’t have too many connections in this field. I was in a serious head-on collision and the other driver lied about everything. I worked with Chase and Ashley, and they walked me through everything from start to finish.
