Attorney, Chase Swanson, and paralegal, Ashley Heinen, did a thorough and professional job on my personal injury case. A lot of people who open these types of cases have never been in a legal situation where time and organization is of the utmost essence, not to mention just wanting to get well and rest after an accident and not have people calling you all day. They took so much stress off of me that it made my recovery much easier than it would have been. They walked me through all of it, answered any questions I had, and were always available through any form of communication I needed.  I was referred to Jones & Swanson from a friend after my auto accident case. Andrew Jones and MaryJo along with the whole staff were there for me from the beginning and took all the pressure off my shoulders and always answered my questions promptly, and went above and beyond in resolving my case. 

In August 2014, I was injured in a motorcycle accident in which I broke my ankle and foot of my right leg . The driver was a coworker who was driving too fast for conditions, lost control, and crashed his motorcycle. I was thrown off, knocked unconscious and the motorcycle burst into flames. When I gained consciousness, I tried to get away from the fire but I could not stand up on my right leg. This was a frightening experience for me and after a few days, I contacted Jones & Swanson. Their website impressed me enough that I did not look further for representation. I simply searched for a firm with knowledge about motorcycle accidents. Throughout the next two years, they were patient, knowledgeable, attentive and thorough in handling my case. I never felt alone although I had to start a new job, hire a driver and use a wheelchair. I told them I would trust their advise and follow their recommendations. The end result was a generous settlement amount. I am very thankful for the outcome of my case. I am also pleased that they negotiated and paid all of my medical bills allowing me to put this unfortunate experience behind me and plan my future. I believe that the settlement they negotiated for my injuries is satisfactory. If you need someone to represent you in an accident, then you will be in good hands with Chase & Swanson.

From the moment I walked into the office, I knew that Jones&Swanson was the right place to be . I was greeted with a warm welcome by a very pleasant staff! I worked with Attorney Chase Swanson and paralegal Ashley Heinen and those two were wonderful. Chase was very down to earth and personable .My case was a small one but I never felt as if it was being put on the back burner . Out of State? Hire the Best in State Attorneys! After being injured in a car accident in the great state of Georgia, we hired an attorney from Tennessee to represent us because that is where our family resided at the time. We were later informed by our then Tennessee attorney that because of how tough their insurance company was and the fact that we were from out of state; the best our attorney could do for us was reduce our medical expenses down to $3,500.00 out of our pocket. So we fired him! Then we hired Attorney Jones ! ! ! Attorney Jones and Mary Jo through their efforts, skills and persistence; received for us a total of $45,000.00 for medical expenses and personal injury compensations. So not only were all of our bills paid with this money and their fees covered. My family and I were blessed with almost $20,000.00.
