The excellent legal expertise and negotiating skills of Chase Swanson, aided by Andrew Jones, helped me receive a substantial settlement from a MVA. I was rear-ended by a tow truck and sustained back and neck injuries that required extensive physical therapy, drug therapy, and eventually cervical and lumbar surgeries. Because of the extent of my pain, injuries and their effect on my daily life, it took over three years to settle my case.
