I was in need of an attorney after being denied a refund of my earnest money on a home purchase agreement. I felt confident that I had met the criteria for a refund and sent a letter to the builder demanding a refund. My demand was rejected. My real estate agent recommended that I seek legal counsel and referred me to Matt.
