I worked with Troy King Law Firm for a challenging closing and it was a wonderful experience. The attorney is pleasant, among other things and his assistant, Theresa, is accommodating. I called more times than normal for assistance and was greeted with professionalism each time.
Anyone who has closed with a closing attorney knows this is not always the case. However, Mr. King and his staff made me feel comfortable that my concerns would be handled efficiently and expeditiously. I will definitely choose this closing attorney again.

This law firm was so thorough in getting our deal to the closing table. In every step they kept us informed of the transaction which is so helpful in knowing the direction in which a deal is going because anything can happen when it comes to real estate. Theresa is so awesome!! she was very friendly and made sure we knew what to do in order to get the file through to the next step. Thanks you guys, can't wait to get started on the next deal.
