My seller is selling land and the buyer asked to use Troy King's Law Firm and since the buyer has ghosted us I have also not had anymore contact from Troy King. This is unfortunate and I am very disappointed that no one from the law office has emailed nor called me back. I would not recommend them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️Efficient, Knowledgeable & Professional⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'm bad about giving reviews, but I had to circle back to give this review for the Troy King Law Firm! I've been knowing Troy since 2018 & I've should've done a review for him a long time ago! I had a few real estate closings at Troy's Office over the last a few weeks! All I can say is that Troy & his staff gets it done & I can't hold him being from California against him! If you have a closing in the Mayretta Area give the Troy King Law Firm the opportunity to earn your business!

Theresa Udoh and Jeremiah King were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in our sale of our property in Douglasville last week .Our family ran into a unforeseen health issue on the day of closing they personally handled all parties involved with compassion and professionalism and arranged a mobile notary to have one of the involved parties to review and sign all documents required to complete the Real estate sale in a timely manner and we honestly appreciate there hard work and knowledge, and Recommend there services, Matthew Rena and Betty

It was a pleasure working with Theresa at Troy King Law Firm regarding a closing. She was always available, answered all my questions and was prompt to respond to emails. She was very professional and provided a solution for each step of the process. I would highly recommend working with Theresa at the Troy Kink Law Firm.

My experience was rather lengthy for a closing on a house. Most of the time lapse was not due to the law firm. Thank goodness for Theresa Udoh a senior paralegal in the office. Ms. Udoh was quite detailed in mediating between me as the seller and the purchasers. In addition to negotiating with these parties there were other persons needing to submit affidavits. Ms. Udoh also worked with these persons in submitting documentation back and forth ensuring the process continued toward closing. As we reached the finale and my frustration grew because I had become weary at this point, Ms. Udoh once again did her very best in calming my nerves to ensure the end was near. She was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, kind, patient and a master of her craft. Although I demonstrated impatience and sometimes became rude(just being honest), Ms. Udoh never wavered in her approach. I applaud Ms. Udoh and jokingly told her I would recommend her for a raise because John Q Public(me in this case) can be quite demanding.
