I consulted with Attorney Thompson about my parents estate in Long Island. At her suggestion, I provided her with a copy of the documents and a set of questions prior to my appointment. She was well prepared and thorough as she provided education and answered my questions. Attorney Thompson made comments on the documents before her, provided recommendations on my parents property outside the documents. She invited me to follow-up as needed should questions later arise. I did not feel rushed or "nickled or dimed." She was professional, personable and generous with her time.
