Hi I want to stated That using this law firm is the best when ever I call at least 85-90 percent of the time they answer the phone and can get help from others! They got me my SSID for $905.00 a month this is amazing I recommend 100/10 if you ask me!

As the educated daughter of a Federal Court Clerk to Chief Justice; John C. Godbold, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and an experienced litigation client, I write this review. If burnt out attorneys and bitter paralegals are a history you especially prefer to avoid, I urge you to consider three points about my experience with Thomas O’Brien. 1. I am a rare disability classification, which currently has no avenue of clinical testing for SSA disability approval. Furthermore, my physical disability is invisible to the untrained observer and it is more stigmatized than patients with epilepsy. Historically, SSA rejects patients with my diagnosis of severe disability. 2. Thomas O’Brien is a champion for rare disability types. His knowledge for these situations is not strictly derived from client representation. His meticulous focus, upon satisfying SSA criteria, received accolades at the conclusion of my hearing. Both of us arrived, for the appointed time, expecting to argue the issues and no such thing took place. Answering the first question given to me, I finished one sentence and the judge politely skipped to the medical expert for his record of findings. Without further questioning, the ALJ compassionately awarded my disability approval within seconds. Thomas O’Brien’s expert representation won my disability hearing, before it could begin on January 14, 2019. I am still in a joyful state of shock. 3. Equal to O’Brien’s professional value, is that from his Senior Paralegal, Tracy Sugg. Her authenticity sustains in every communication she has with the client. In addition, her compassionate nature never forgets that a client has the right to be innocently clueless ,or scared to death. She replies as if it is her first day in the job and it’s your first day contacting her. Compassionate listening skills from a paralegal means important details (including those to be seemingly unimportant) are given consideration in the transfer of information to your lawyer. These qualities underline the purpose driven skills that Tracy Sugg brings to the mission of your disability case. In my opinion , she obliterates a large number of paralegals into invisible dust. I went to O'Brien and Feiler Law to help assist me with the Disability process as I am unable to work. I found them by Google searching for lawyers in my local area and they showed up on a big list. I narrowed it down based on reviews and feedback from Google and also this site Avvo. I reached out and had a consultation with Thomas and Tracy which was about an hour. Dealing with enough issues personally the process can seem very stressful on top of that to file a claim with Social Security. Based on the meeting I felt very good about them and got a great vibe that they do really care to help people who really need assistance based on their disability. They are very transparent about what to expect through every step of the entire process from start to finish and what you need to expect and do on your end and what they also do on their end. Throughout the entire process they made it very smooth and were always so easy to do business with. Tracy will provide you with honest information, her professional wisdom and when needed comfort and support. Most admirable is Tracy's follow through! When I first decided to file for SSDI, everyone told me I needed a lawyer. I had never hired a lawyer before so I asked my parents for advice. They set me up with a disability attorney who was a friend of a family friend. I thought I’d be fine. Unfortunately, a few weeks before my scheduled hearing, this lawyer dropped my case. I panicked. I was abandoned at a critical time. Luckily I came across Thomas O’Brien’s profile on AVVO.com. He had a lot of client reviews and they were all excellent. Most importantly, one of the first reviews I read was from a client who had been in my situation and had a favorable outcome (first lawyer dropped the case shortly before the hearing and Thomas O’Brien saved the day). So I called Mr. O’Brien’s office. I spoke with Tracy Sugg, his paralegal. I told her my story. She’s the best. The medical records form the bulk of any case, so this evidence gathering is extremely important. I am very grateful for the hard work Tracy and Siana did on my behalf. I felt well taken care of every step of the way. Whenever I called Mr. O’Brien, Tracy, or Siana, they would either pick up or return my call promptly (which is something that didn’t always happen with my first attorney’s office). A few weeks before my new hearing date, Mr. O’Brien prepared me for what kinds of questions the judge would ask. Based on the evidence Tracy and Siana had gathered, Mr. O’Brien reiterated that I had a very strong case. He used this evidence to file a brief with the judge. All of the prep paid off. On the day of the hearing, Mr. O’Brien and I walked into that courtroom 100% ready. Mr. O’Brien couldn’t have presented my case to the judge any better. He is very talented. And I couldn’t have received a better outcome: The judge issued a bench decision in my favor. Bottom line: Thomas O’Brien and his support team (Tracy and Siana) are effective, efficient, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, polite, and compassionate. They're everything you want.
