Great company, had lawyer Leah Zammit, she did an amazing job and solved my custody case exactly how i needed! She updated me the entire way through the process and made sure i was comfortable the whole way! Will defiantly recommend her, and will use her for any future cases!

This firm will only nickel and dime you and will not have your back. They are horrible, their lawyers are inept and their business model is baloney at best. If you want to feel supported and like your law firm has your back, DO NOT USE THEM.

The hopeless feeling that I had not being able to spend time with my children despite all of my best efforts was one of the most emotionally draining experiences of my life. Hiring Hobson/Hobson was the best legal entity I could have hired to restore my rights as a father. Specifically, my lawyer Asha turned a two month wait for a trial into an expedited hearing in less than two weeks. I know this was just her doing a job she was hired to do but she argued my case as if my children were hers and we were her family. I couldn’t have hope for a better attorney or a better outcome.

From start to finish with my divorce case Leah & Lindsey were absolutely wonderful. Very sad chapter of my life was lightened with their professionalism and knowledge. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm if you have to get divorced. Blessing and thank you Brian

Terrible experience. I went to a new firm and they called this place a "divorce mill." Do not sign a contract with this firm. They will nickel and dime you to death without offering any assistance. Hobson and Hobson of Hobson and Hobson don't even practice law anymore. They just line their pockets with your money. Disgusting and sad.

Referencing their reply : No Response Received / My Opinion - The Hobson's lacked professional etiquette. I hired this practice for a simple custody case. Upon meeting with the office, I was assigned a great attorney - Ms. Goff - who after months of paperwork, meetings, and hearings - disappeared. Upon her "leaving" my case was shuffled through multiple attorneys in the office that did not have any knowledge of the case. Each time someone new touched it, I was charged more. When I started asking questions and asked to speak directly to a Hobson about my concerns; they dropped my case stating that I did not trust them. Thousands of dollars simply thrown down the drain. After finding a new attorney, the case was easily settled in a few short months. It seems that my time spent in the hands of Hobson and Hobson was all about playing a game with the opposing attorney and how much money could be made. They took advantage of the situation for financial gain. - Again; in my opinion.

Easily the worst law firm I have ever worked with. They provide you with very little/no communication but are sure to charge you for every supposed communication that they have internally regarding your case. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for legal services.

Very unsympathetic towards father's. I was going through one of the worst situations I've ever been through.. And I usually caught attitude from my attorney. They charge me $6000 more than they said they were going to. And when I asked them not to take any more money from me they took it anyways and put me in debt. Vast for my money back and they won't give it to me . I give them a one on a scale of 1 to 10 horrible would not recommend

Hobson & Hobson was recommended by a friend, who works with a Superior Court Judge in Cobb County. The recommendation was that the firm was the best representation I would find for my divorce case. From the initial consultation through my settlement, the recommendation couldn't have been more spot on! Chris Hobson did the initial consultation and I felt way more at ease about my case after our conversation. Chris made himself available on his personal cell phone to answer any questions that I had over the next several weeks. Geoff Wolfe was my personal attorney for the case. The level of communication was impeccable! Him setting expectations and providing a level of comfort was impeccable! His knowledge of the case, when presenting all of the facts during mediation was impeccable! Him fighting for my rights and counseling me during mediation...again, impeccable! Lindsey and Meghan were the paralegals who assisted for the duration of my case. They were both amazing. Both gave plenty of notice for the deadlines of required documentation, along with reminders as dates approached. This was incredibly helpful! Lindsey is truly fantastic at her job! She went above and beyond on several occasions. One occasion worth mentioning was the night prior to mediation, she waited on the phone while I digi-signed a document. Knowing that I was pretty nervous, she told me that if I had any questions about mediation, she'd be available most of the night for immediate answers & assistance. If you're looking for a firm to represent your divorce case, look no further. From my personal experience, the level of service and comfort provided by Hobson & Hobson is unparalleled.

My experience with Madelyn at H&H was professional and friendly. I appreciated the time she took to listen and assist.

I would not recommend this law firm for child custody cases to anyone. They do little work , Very unorganized, you will pay a big retainer fees, charge for emails , if you contact them etc ? Communication with attorney was terrible, some of the attorneys dont have experience to handle your case. They don't care , it's all about how much money they can get out of you. The negative reviews are true people , save your money because they will take all of it.!
