I am a total recluse with a host of medical issues and barely competent to advocate for myself yet in spite of these overwhelming obstacles not the least of which is simple communication (I don't take telephone calls because the ringing phone precipitates an extreme fear and anxiety reaction) the Keener Law firm and especially Jackie Farr, their paralegal dedicated to handling SS and SSI cases, expertly and effectively represented me in my disability claim with the Social Security Administration. The Keener Law Firm obtained the maximum award possible in my case, which required dealing with SS agents who routinely ignored correspondence, mis-scheduled appointments, and were overall something less than helpful, and all this while accommodating the difficult hurdles presented by my unique set of impediments in conducting a case with a client. I can confidently recommend The Keener Law Firm without reservation and have already told many that they saved my life.

After trying for years and being denied twice for disability for my son, I decided to give Keener Law Firm a call. We were pretty despondent at that time, especially since one of the most heavily advertised for-the-people law firms on TV would not even take our case. We didn't hold out much hope, but Mr. Keener and Jackie Farr did all the foot work and completely came through for us and won our case. They took my small case, treated me with respect and got the insurance company to finally pay! They did a great job of keeping my informed about any progress or issues during the process. I highly recommend them!

My experience with this firm was awful. I needed help with my SSDI case. I never heard from the lawyer. The 1 time I did he clearly knew nothing about my case and he is nothing more than a figurehead on tv. The biggest kind of conartist if you ask me. Don't go here for help unless you want an assistant to be your lawyer and try to guide you thru the process. No different than any other lawyer just manipulating you for the paycheck and don't really care.

Everyone was very knowledgeable about my questions. I will recommend friends and family. Thank you guys!

I have never seen a law firm take such great care of clients. Mr. Keener takes a vested interest in every single person that walks through the door of the firm. They come in hopeless and scared, and he walks them through every step of the proceedings. I have personally referred numerous people to him to handle their Social Security claims and personal injury case. He is located in Marietta but will travel to help his clients get the justice they deserve!
