If you’ve been beating your head against a wall for years with SSA, all I need to tell you is that after years of trying to do it on my own and being denied twice - I got Disability after turning it over to Keener Law. I felt like I had a legitimate case from the beginning, but even finding an attorney was difficult. I couldn’t get a lawyer to even return my calls. I finally went on Facebook out of desperation for help and a friend of a friend of friend 😘 told me that Keener had helped her get Disability. I’m so thankful I tried one more law firm. Honestly, it didn’t happen overnight. But they stuck with me for over two years all the way to a court date and a judge’s decision. But when it happened (after a total of four years), it was life-changing. Immediate access to Medicare although I was under 65 and over four years of back pay. A fully favorable decision and I’m positive that wouldn’t have happened without Keener. In particular, Jackie Farr, the fantastic paralegal I was lucky enough to work with. We were seriously considering bankruptcy with all the past and ongoing medical bills and lack of income before they took my case. I will never be able to thank the Keener team enough for what they did for our family and can’t recommend them enough.

The Keener Law Firm went above and beyond to help me get my disability and were always extremely helpful if I called with a question or concern. I spent a lot of time trying to hire an attorney to help me but because of my age a lot of attorney's turned me away BUT not The Keener Law firm they took my case on without hesitation. I am a former law enforcement officer as well as someone who occurred in abusive childhood. I'm 46 years of age as of now. Not only did the physical trauma affect my mind, I hurt my lower back years ago which subseqenty resulted in a spinal fusion at L5/A1. I'm under the care of a psychiatrist and a doctor for my back but unfortunately. I HAVE EXTREME CASES OF PTSD IN ADHD AS WELL AS CHRONIC MAJOR DEPRESSIVE DISORDER AND CHRONIC ANXIETY THESE ARE ALL BEING TREATED WITH MEDICATION AS WELL AS MY BACK BUT IT HAS PREVENTED ME FROM CONTINUING TO WORK A NORMAL JOB THERE'S JUST ABSOLUTELY NO WAY THAT I'M ABLE TO DO IT. I finally decided to apply for social security disability approximately 4 years ago and I complied with all of their rules and their paperwork and completed everything out and I was denied so I resubmitted everything and reapplied and I was denied again and I believe I was denied a total of three times by the social security administration So a family member referred me to can your law offices who helped her receive her social security disability. From the first moment that I called the office and gave them my testimony everyone has been super duper nice super friendly and helpful I want to give a specific thank you to not only Mr keener himself but to Tiffany middlebrooks who was my paralegal and someone named Dakota all of y'all especially Tiffany and Dakota have been great with returning my calls keeping me informed and basically just being kind and understanding and in someone in my situation that means quite a bit. I heard Mr.Keener speak at a group meeting for my illness and I was pleasantly surprised by his caring demeanor. Until contacting his office I had been unsuccessful in my attempts to obtain my social security benefits. Mr.Keener and Jackie do an amazing job at making sure every detail was taken care of. They did all of the leg work and basically all I had to do was make that first phone call to them for help. They took on the burden of chasing down medical records and communicating with the Social Security office so that I could focus on my health. They made me feel at ease and comfortable knowing they were in control and on top of my case.
