I am really impressed with this law firm. I met with Jenni Brown to go over my case and everything went smoothly and she was able to put my mind at ease and help me through this stressful situation. I also got to meet Lance and I will be working closely with Carrie. First, let me say that I have experienced the legal expertise of Jenni Brown and she helped me with all of the matters surrounding my divorce in 2016. Of course I won the case and it was such a relief because she was the only attorney I've ever dealt with that gave frequent updates and communications, and answered all my questions thoroughly during the consultation. she's very thorough and does not make you feel rushed and she's a very good listener. Some attorneys can be obnoxious and sometimes their ego is so big that they will not listen carefully to all the details you're trying to provide. I feel that Jenni Brown gave me her undivided attention and paid attention to every single detail that I provided and explained the entire process to me in a way that I understood and in a way that I have confidence moving forward that my divorce case is going to be handled as if it was her own family member that she was representing. I think all of the attorneys at this firm are top notch. I have the pleasure of having Carrie this time and she has already made an excellent first impression by reaching out to me so quickly, and displaying the same measure of professionalism and legal knowledge that Jenni Brown has. I like the fact that the cases are reviewed by the other attorneys in the firm and they have several brains working together to come up with the correct action plan for your case, and a satisfactory resolution. I've been to two other law firms, and they were not anywhere near as professional as this law firm. I got to meet everyone from the minute I entered the door. The receptionist/secretary was very professional and helpful and made me feel so comfortable like I was family. I even met the young lady that does the billing/accounting and she was phenomenal and very transparent and compassionate. I met an attorney Lance briefly. Lance provided feedback on a couple of questions I had and helped collaborate with Jenni Brown during my consultation. Right off the back, I can see how honest and caring these attorneys are and their confidence is contagious. My stress level has came down from 100 to 0. I would recommend anyone to use this firm. They will not nickel and dime you and everything will be fair. They will explain the entire process to you and answer all your questions to satisfaction. I was grateful for something as simple as me entering the parking lot and being in the back of the building and it Was handled so kindly. The person who answered the phone told me I was in the back of the building and she directed me to get to the front and said she would be looking out for my car and I told her what type of car I drove and what color it was, and she stood outside on the balcony and waited for me and waved to me so I could see exactly where the office was and make sure I park in front of the most easily accessible entrance. Nowadays, so many businesses don't treat customers with that stellar customer service, but I guarantee that you will love every person that you meet and your experience will be like no other. Unfortunately, I've had to go through my second divorce so I know the difference with a great law firm that treats you like you are family versus a law firm that treats you like you're just another client. My case is still ongoing, but there is a speed and delivery of service that will put your mind at ease. I felt like my last attorneys dragged this thing out and charge me a fortune for almost doing nothing. I can already see the difference in the expeditious way that this law firm works, and the communication that they have them on one another is what is needed to win cases. I feel like now I can focus on some other things and trust that they're going to handle my case effectively.

Tracy Crider was my attorney for my recent divorce. Tracy was strong, kind, caring and really understood me and my situation. She fought hard for me and my children to make sure we got what we needed. I highly recommend Tracy and this firm.

Lance was an excellent attorney referred to me during my modification of child support with my ex. He was very knowledgeable, quick to answer my emails or phone calls and obviously paid attention in algebra class. He can run numbers and figure finances like no other. I found myself completely unaware that I was being served child custody battle papers 3 months after the divorce was done. I visited three attorneys, before Tracy, and they ALL suggested I just agree to some modifications to end it. They said the evidence “doesn’t look good” and that I should cut a new deal supplanting the 50/50 custody agreement we signed three months earlier. I knew I had the truth on my side though regardless of how it looked. I met Tracy for a consultation and she was immediately my advocate. She looked at everything and asked me some pointed questions and agreed this was a situation where a case had been built against me behind my back. It wasn’t easy but I didn’t lose 1 day with my young daughter in that battle. Or the 2nd battle. And by the time the third modification was requested Tracy contacted opposing counsel and they agreed this had gone too far. That was it, and it was still 50/50 custody in the end. Tracy is a Rock Star family attorney. I’d rate her six-stars if they’d let me! She’s the best.
