In every dealing I've had with Carter Graves Allen, he has been the most unethical lawyer I have ever witnessed (and I have dealt with many). He is a clear patent troll lawyer who's tactics may be considered extremely shady by both lawyers and laymen alike. If you hire Carter Graves Allan, I would strongly argue that you are perpetuating and endorsing the system in this country that favors those without morals.
