Cons
1
Lack of responsiveness and timely communication from the office staff and attorneys
“Right hand does not know what left hand is doing. All way have to leave a message for someone to call me back.”
2
Inconsistent information provided to clients, leading to confusion and frustration
“Anytime you leave a message for an attorney or anyone to contact you back with answers it's never done in a timely manner. Now I'm not taking away the help they gave me because they helped me out tremendously but if they were more personal and not treat you like a case number it would go such a long way.”
3
Rude and condescending behavior from the receptionist staff
“For starters Lauren the receptionist is always condescending as if any and all questions you have are rhetorical and I should know the answers. She isn't pleasant and doesn't seem to understand the magnitude of what their clients are going through.”
