I called to inquire about a consultation and it took a days to get a call back to find out that a consult is $350 and you can't ask a single simple question without one. Yes, I've done consults before as an interview for both parties to determine if the situation is a good fit to work together. I've also worked in a law office and knew the basic retainer fees and legal expenses without being a lawyer. But to pay $350 before we can even get a ballpark price quote for a specific issue is crazy. Spending $350 to find out whether we can or can't afford to hire someone is a waste of resources that most frankly don't have an abundance of. I'm sure she's great.

Nichole Reynolds was a blessing to me and my kids. I had many consults before choosing her and her firm for my divorce and custody of my children. I am glad I waited to find her. She helped me get my kids back and the best outcome possible! They are back with me where they belong! I would recommend her for anyone who wants a professional, hard working and compassionate lawyer. Thank you!

Nichole Reynolds has been a miracle worker for my brother and our whole family in representing him in his divorce and custody case. His case has been lengthy (close to 1.5 years) and has recently completed. Nichole's advice, her legal approach, and her patience in dealing with our stress during this process has been amazing. She has never failed to provide the right legal advice (even with all the doubts we've had along the way). My daughter & her now husband were planning to "elope", and the courthouse directed them here, since courthouse weddings are not a thing, due to covid. My daughter told me her plans to marry, at the very last minute, and I called their office with quite a few questions. The receptionist reassured me from all of my doubts. Although, space did not allow me to be physically present to witness the nuptials, they were so gracious to allow me to watch via facetime. They were so patient, nice & kind to my daughter, and we all felt the generosity. I will definitely spread the great news to everyone, about this staff & office!💯💕💯💕

My experience (given the circumstance) with Nichole was a great one from beginning to end. I was served with Custody/legitimization/parenting plan paperwork by my ex. I was confused and worried about finding the right attorney who was experienced and could handle fighting for my children and I. However Nichole and her paralegal Johanna calmed my nerves and assured me that everything will be fine. I knew after the first consultation she was the attorney for me. To add my exes attorney was a BULLY. She used every bully tactic you can think of to try and get the final ruling/ parenting plan in his favor BUT none of that worked. Nichole shut all of it down in the most professional and classy way, even when the plaintiff wasn't. All in all everything went in my favor. I highly recommend Nichole Reynolds, and if I ever need a family law attorney, she will be my representation. Thank you again Nichole and Johanna for a job well done.
