I used Mr. Smith’s office to help handle my brother’s estate after he was recommended by a coworker. I felt that it was not a priority for Mr. Smith. It seemed like he didn’t fully listen to details during our one sit down meeting. Documents were lost in the mail, emails went more than once without replies until I reached out again. It took longer to close the estate than it should and it was rather costly considering how small the estate was.

Mr.Smith has been my attorney of choice for the past 7 years! He is a honest man with integrity. He has assisted me through many of my legal issues. I would definitely recommend him to the community..

Mr. Smith was referred from a friend of ours at the beginning of an "out of the blue" custody dispute. Being in the military and constantly moving, this caused an insurmountable amount of strain on our family. Mr. Smith was mine and my wife's rock throughout the entire lengthy legal process. His counsel and organization are in reflection to his work ethic and professionalism. Most would say there is a common misconception about lawyers that they are "Only out for the money." or that they're "slimey." This is completely untrue with Mr. Smith, and the counsel that he was able to provide our family had a direct result on the positive environment that we were able to provide for our child. Mr. Smith was recommended to me from friends. I hired him for a custody case in late 2013. From the get go he was very thorough and attentive to my case. Each time we went to court he surprised me with how well organized he was and because of his attention to detail was able to quickly retort any inaccuracy. Mr. Smith was reasonable in his fees, but was very conscious of saving me money where he could. Mr. Smith approached my situation very professionally, but also with compassion. Do not use this attorneys office! I had a brief conversation with the attorney I put a retainer down and few months later decided not to use his services, paperwork was filed. I simply asked My retainer back . I got five dollars from my retainer and they did nothing for me I will never recommend this attorney to anyone!

I was very impressed by Nate's knowledge and efficiency. I had been dealing with another firm where the attorney was dragging his feet about filing the necessary paperwork. Nate had no hesitation about filing and felt positive about the ruling..Everything went exactly as he said it would and I wasn't having to run around gathering information and taking it to the court as I did with the previous firm.
