Awesome Law Firm

I had been dealing with an Estate problem for a long time.I was at my wits end when I called the law offices of Smith Welch Webb & White. I spoke with Jodi Andrews and when I explained my problem, she immediately searched for an answer. She not only found the answer, but helped me through the steps I needed to take until the problem was resolved. I thank Jodi for all she did for me. There were a couple of times I needed to go to the law firm and everyone I met there was kind and helpful. I will use Smith Welch Webb and White if I ever need help with legal matters again!

My wife and I scheduled an appointment to meet with Lynn (paralegal) to begin discussion on preparing a will. When we arrived we were told that Lynn was not present and that she had gone on vacation for the week despite having the appointment written on her calendar (per another employee). No one offered us an apology or tried to see how they could rectify the situation. Both my wife and I have very busy schedules as health care providers and we blocked time away from taking care of patients to be prepared for this meeting. We used Smith, Welch, Webb and White before in the past when closing on our home and the customer service was far different from this occasion. I hope that Lynn and her supervising attorney ensure that they are available for the times that they schedule appointments for clients or prospective clients; we most certainly will not return.

This law firm has served our church and the community very well. Great people and great service.

It's a law firm...I guess it was a good visit.

They never called me back.

Called to have a consultation on a civil legal matter and was told someone would call me back to provide me with a consultation fee and that never happened. How do you not know what your consultation fees are?? If you can’t even start a consult then definitely not the right law firm. Go elsewhere.

Will White represented my daughter in a condemnation case against Troup county. It took seven years to get this case to court. He chose not to call any expert witnesses my daughter was the only witness. Troup county had an expert witness who was a property appraiser. Mr. white allowed to him testify about traffic counts, air port runway extension, and other matters not related to his field. As a result my daughter was not awarded enough money to cover the damage’s to her property

Well when you go in and you have to go up one floor to check in with the receptionist and of course then they send you up to the third floor to see whoever you need to see. I didn't get to see the attorney but I did get spent with the paralegal. You can hear somebody laughing when you got up there. Of course they may have been on break at that time in the afternoon. And the waiting is ridiculous.
