Wow people really pay for your services? I thought you just extorted Veterans through the Fiduciary program. Not even worthy of 1 star.

As another poster has mentioned, this lawyer seriously screwed me over. I filed Chapter 13 then lost my job. When I lost my job, he advised me to allow the Chapter 13 to dismiss and we would refile as a Chapter 7. When it came time to file Chapter 7, he would not answer the phone. He also wouldn't answer any messages left and he never responded to any email. The worst part was HE GOT PAID. He was literally the only one to get paid out of the chapter 13 payments that I submitted. He obviously knew that he would get paid and probably couldn't ethically charge me for the 7 so he just never contacted me back.

Sound advice although hard to accept, personal responsibility is my main focus from now on and with the help of Mr. Vansaghi and his team of attorneys, I feel much better as an entrepreneur about resolving my issues and getting the most out of a lawyer who is committed to his clients and isn’t afraid to use every legal means to protect my businesses both the ones that have failed and the one that have been wildly successful.

Called in last May for my payoff and was told I have 18 months left. I call a year later and after 4 weeks someone finally gets back with me and tells me I have 19 more months. This is longer than what he told me commitment period is supposed to be and even longer that what my papers say.
