I was facing 2 aggravated assault charges (felony). Property damage (felony) because of the amount, and child cruelty (misdemeanor). While locked up another offender was talking highly about Mr. Jordan and Someone from the Judicial system also mentioned that He was the best hands down. I was beyond scared but immediately upon talking to Mr. Van Matre I felt a sense of relief, he listened to my concerns, and not once did I feel rushed. Today 7/8/2021 I walked out of Henry County Court House with 2 simple assault charges. 24 months of misdemeanor probation. The aggravated assault charges were reduced and the others thrown out.
