Following an accident for which I was charged with failing to yield, I hired Mr. Washburn because I did not want to just pay my fine and settle with a guilty plea. That would have impacted my record and insurance in a negative way. Also I was uncomfortable going to court. Mr. Washburn carefully explained the necessary procedure, which included his appearance in court on my behalf and completing all necessary paperwork. Even though I made a mistake which caused a bit of additional work on his part, he was very kind and resolved everything efficiently.
