DESERVES NO STARS!!!! This GAL is a disgrace to all innocent children. Vengeance is the Lord's. :)

If I could give more than 5 stars on this review I would. Saralyn Stewart is the absolute best.

PLEASE READ!!!! VERY IMPORTANT IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN AND CARE FOR THIER WELL-BEING! She’s helping Newton County cover up men who touch and record kids Saralyn Stewart does not care for the children, she does not investigate, she’s completely bias and she protects men who touch and record kids My ex placed a camera in the bathroom of his own home and it captured kids under the age of 15. He lied multiple times as to why he did it. Some of the kids that were recorded was his wife’s kids, which would be his step kids. His wife chose him over her own kids. This woman also mistreated my child and would groom her. Saralyn knew all of this and didn’t even care. Saralyn was hired by my ex. When she first got hired she sent an email stating that her investigation takes 3+ months. Saralyn interviewed my ex one time for 1 hour. She spoke to me one time for 1 hour and my daughter one time for only 1 hour. She only had 3 hours into her investigation and she chose to side with my ex who placed a camera in the bathroom. Her recommendations was that I was to stop monitoring phone calls and so much more. It pissed anyone off who read it. It would make your stomach turn. Since her recommendations, she was part of having me arrested, had my child stripped from me and she’s now with the man who records kids. This woman was not going to stop her corruption until something happened to me. I’m an innocent mother protecting my child and Saralyn Stewart went through great hoops to have my child taken from me. She’s also a great liar. When I called her out on her corruption and how she didn’t even investigate, she then started with drug testing and psych evaluation.

I cannot say enough positive things about Saralyn and her entire staff. For almost 2 years she worked tirelessly for my husband's court case and delivered a more than positive outcome. We felt she had our children's best interests at heart and displayed professionalism beyond any I have encountered before. I would recommend her any time, any day. For such a horrific situation (custody and abuse case), she made it more than bearable and our sons can now have a safe and bright future. Words cannot convey our gratitude. Great job.

Melissa was the GAL in my case. I got everything I was after in my case. It is about how her and her office handled the after math of my case and the fact that once she did her first interview I never heard from her again. In the final custody order that Melissa approved it stated that both parties are to split all GAL fees evenly. I have already paid $1500, the other party has not paid anything. We stared asking what the final payment was a month and a half before our court date. Her office kept telling us that they would get it to us. Finally 3 business days before the court date Melissa sends a bill for $232.50. come to find out that was billed twice once to the other party and once to me. for the total $465.00. My attorney and I told her office that I have already paid $1500.00 so that money needs to come from the other half. Melissa also informed us that she would seek further attorneys fees if I fought it and we had to go to court. Her office is unprofessional and likes to do things at the last second so you can't fight it. Please use someone else. I'll update when we go to court.

Does a very poor job as guardian, does not put the needed effort into her job. Children suffer because her lack of effort. If she says she will do anything you better add months to her time line. Very disappointed in her since of urgency and job effort with my grandson. Stewart please try start doing better job or remove you self from this type work

Saralyn has gone over and beyond to follow what is in our children's best interest. She sees the whole picture, visiting school teachers, interviewing family members, guidance counselors etc. and getting to know all of the backstory before making decisions. She isn't influenced by pressure from opposing parties when its not going their way. The vague "biased" reviews below are obviously from someone that wasn't her client and it didn't go their way.
