10/10. Great people. While I hope I’m never in an accident again, if I am I will certainly be coming back to the dozier law firm! My attorney Rich and his staff (shoutout to Nick, his paralegal who is the best) were all professional, communicative and kind. Never any issues with getting in touch and always willing to EXPLAIN AT LENGTH where we where and what was happening. The commercial brought me to them and the service I received brought me here to tell you! 😊

I have enjoyed working with Rich. The Team at the Morrow location of Dozier has been kind and flexible helping handle the cases I have. I have never worked with a more patient and informative team of people. Throughout the whole process Rich takes the time to translate everything in a way you in understand to help you make the best decision and win each case. I always recommend my friends any family to Rich and his team because I wouldn’t want anyone else helping me get a peace of mind and support around a case.

Rich and the Dozier staff were very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They got me what I asked for and more. I would definitely do business with them again.

They accepted my case in 2021 and it’s 2024 and still no settlement… no check… no update…. No communication…unprofessional…..no nothing and I’m still waiting til this day 5/2024….. can someone help me figured out how to handle this issue…. This is a lie cause here it is 5/21/2024…. N no settlement and no check… the mail has nothing to do with it …. They been giving me false information about a check that I found out they don’t have … I’m yet to still talk to my lawyer …. I wouldn’t recommend this lawyer firm to anyone…. Unprofessional and fake information…. And I’m still waiting on my settlement……. So it’s 5/28/2024 and I finally spoken to my lawyer and I will say this after our conversation he has turned this whole thing around…. He called me personally…after hours just to talk to me , explain to me, answer any questions I had…… and I must say he was great…. He was professional understanding and patient….. he definitely ease my frustration and I appreciate that…… thank you…… Here it is 6/7/2024….. and still nothing…… here it is 6/10/2024 and yet still nothing…. This law firm is full of lies and false information…. They still giving me the run around about my case…. I spoken to a lady name Pam who I been talking to for over a month now and every time I speak to her ….. her response is always “ I don’t know” or “She can’t tell me nothing cause she don’t know the answer either”…….. this by far the wooorrrsssst law firm I ever dealt with here in Atlanta Georgia…. This law firm will tell you anything just to get you off the phone or make u feel better….. when it’s all liessssss….. I’m still waiting on my settlement that they so call said I had since May…. I swear do not hire this firm if it’s your last result because they will lie and lie and spin you in circles….. and I’m still waiting on my settlement smh …as you can see from their response that’s this firm is a lie and will say anything cause it’s been wayyyyyy past time ……. PATHETICCCCCCCCC……. It’s 6/11/2024 after 3 years, lies, false information, being ran around in circles, and updating my reviews…. I FINALLY got my settlement…… it’s your choice if you decide to work with this firm…..

I had the best experience with Dozier law firm . Everyone was polite and helpful. All my concerns and questions were answered. I would recommend this law firm to anyone. If I ever need a lawyer ever again Dozier Law Firm is who I would call . I’m happy with the outcome of my case .
