Not impressed with this Law Firm my daughter along with myself reached out to this Law Firm. Had a very detailed conversation about how they could help my daughter. Once my daughter took the steps to send everything besides her DNA birth certificate. Miss Gresham wouldn't return one phone call and strung my daughter along for almost 3 months with her receptionist Vonda aiding in the unprofessionalism. After I waited for 3 months being told that you think she was going to take your face there was some help to come she just needed to talk to one more person to get the ball rolling. In the ball never did she pretty much let me know that she couldn't help me via email and still wouldn't talk to me didn't even have the decency to let me know why she couldn't help me or any legal advice. Nor referred me to anyone that could help me but told me first phone call that I had a case in that she could help me. Thank you Miss Gresham for nothing you were such a great help.

Ms. Gresham worked really hard to settle my case in my favor despite running into some bumps in the road. Her communication skills were on par and the settlement was more than I thought it’d be. I appreciate her hard and would refer Dozier to anyone. Thank you!

Rich Jenkins ultimately wasted my families time assuring us we had a case and that he would help us much like you read on the other reviews here. After a month of waiting Rich set up an appointment to have all the evidence gathered which I had with me on my phone and rich seemed highly annoyed that I started with a photo proving circulation of a flyer printed about myself and stated this doesn’t prove it was circulated and then implied we were wasting his time because that one thing doesn’t prove anything but had rich not interrupted and had he listened instead of getting annoyed (probably because his internet and phones didnt work for his entire office) then he would have heard that I have everything he asked for. all of this information was saved in a folder on my phone because the items are detailed and Its quite a large folder also how do you print out videos further proving the circulation? I had this saved on my phone ready to be forwarded or printed out and had he not implied that my family member was to blame for not telling me to have all the things I had there for him today then maybe I would have saw fit to work with him. But after realizing he wanted this in printed form or otherwise I apologized for not understanding why we were there because what he wants is what I have and that still wasn’t even reviewed by him he waived his hand stood up and attacked my character and “attitude” for simply stating if we don’t have what he wants which we did.. then I don’t understand why we were there. Rich ultimately spent less than 5 minutes to inflame the situation further and attack my character because he was having a bad day. To Rich personally, you are an attorney. You are not a disciple you are not a religious deity. You are an attorney and for you to treat People as lesser than you and then talk down to them and then blame their family members. You are everything that’s wrong with the justice system. No man will bow before you and from what I’ve seen- you would be prudent to adjust your anger and attitude accordingly because you have not the experience nor the understanding that is necessary to take cases with people who are affected to the core by what they’ve gone through. If this is how you treat people with traumatic brain injuries then you ought to get a new career or only take the easy cases- one look at you and we know what you’re gunna do- easy cases. This being an easy case I’m unsure as to what you even do other than become hostile because you weren’t clear with your communications. Also while sending him the emails of evidence in advance this attorney halted us stating save it for the meeting as he was being overwhelmed. If multiple emails over a week or twos time is overwhelming then how are we to get you the evidence you need all in one meeting that you became hostile within five minutes of having? What an unprofessional, temperamental and hostile person you are. Good luck with your firm I can only imagine the good people you’ve turned away because you fail to communicate and because you jump to conclusions then attack the other side saying we aren’t listening- sir I had everything you asked for and then some and you didn’t review a single piece you waived it away and stood up ending the appointment like a scolded petulant child. Fix your internet fix your Phones and quit blaming people for how they choose to store their evidence.

I spoke with Rich once regarding my case and I was advised that we may have to go to court if the insurance denied my claim. I signed an agreement to work with Rich at the Dozier Law in Morrow, I sent in all of the paperwork as requested the day I signed the agreement. Weeks went by where I didn’t hear from Rich or his office assistant for weeks. I decided to call for an update and was told that he would call me back, that didn’t happen for a another week or two. I went to start the legal process, I’m driving around in a damaged car, with limited mobility and they didn’t care enough to follow up. A week after I filed a suit in court, I called the firm once again and was offered another call back. This time I knew better so I called back within the hour and this time Rich answers. Well, Rich decides not to represent me because I filed a motion without consulting him when he nor his assistant did their jobs with reaching out to their clients. He chose to hold me accountable and not himself nor his assistant. Don’t do business with this firm unless you have time to waste.

Breeahna Gresham was my lawyer she was so thorough when it came to handling my case. She was so on top of things. I can honestly say during the time I needed her i think i would have had a nervous breakdown if i didn’t have her by my side thank you Breeahna for all you do and have done your amazing.

Breeahna Gresham was amazing!! We couldn’t find anyone to take our case she did with no questions and got it taken care of! She kept us updated every step of the way!! It would have been so stressful without her!!

I typically don’t write reviews but I feel as if I would be doing a disservice if I didn’t. Working with Breeanha at Dozier law has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. They are very professional and very responsive. I almost feel as if I should’ve paid double for the legal counsel I was given. Thank you to Breenha and her team for all they did for me.

Definitely would not recommend, they are highly unprofessional!!! Came to them for help they took my information and promised to be in touch. I kept contacting them only for them to deny my case after months of waiting for someone to contact me. Vanda and the other female attorney were horrible vanda would state she gave the information to the attorney and the attorney would claim to never have received it from her resulting in multiple promised calls back I never received. They made the decision to not move forward but NEVER notified me of the decision. A complete waste of time, if you have that to waste then they are the perfect candidates.
