Let me start off saying, if you need a criminal defense lawyer, CALL STACEY immediately. If you even 'think' you 'might' need a lawyer, CALL STACEY. Reasons why, my case was bad. I mean baaaaad. I made a mistake and talked too much with police. When I hired her, there was no hope. I was sure going to prison. The District Attorney's office made it very clear they wanted to go to trial, they swore they had a solid case. When I meet with her, she went over everything and immediately went to get the discovery and all information the state had. Stacey fought for me. She fought hard, she fought smart and she didnt back down from anyone. I was scared before I hired her but after I did, she took all the stress & pressure off of me. I trusted her with my life. She protected my rights. After tons of motion hearing and many arguements in court. She got me an amazing deal. I can say with a great deal of pride I had the best attorney. Shes top notch. Once you meet her, you will get it. Thank you Stacey!

We initially hired Adam Younker, an associate of Stacey Flynn's firm, who was referred and highly recommended to us. Unbeknownst to Stacey Flynn, Mr Younker was taking cases without her knowledge under her firms name. Because of his negligence and deceit, our case spiraled into a tangled web of legal and financial issues. Subsequently , we hired Stacey Flynn to unravel our legal mess. She untangled a series of cases with diligence and commitment , resulting in favorable outcomes. Stacey's firm has done an outstanding job for us and we highly recommend her.

Stacey Flynn has good reviews from other people, and I am confused as to why. Maybe my case was small time to her. I have nothing even remotely good to say. She will not answer calls, or emails (Over 15 calls and emails in past 2 weeks). I have asked her now for 2 weeks to please call me. Her firm took my money and did nothing (Her associate). 2 weeks ago, I found out I have a bench warrant for a citation. Most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my professional life. I was in her office 2 weeks ago to talk about warrant and she told me she did briefly remembered my case. However, she blames this person who was in her office and is no longer with her. However, I got the court paperwork and she signed paperwork over 10 times with her signature and in the State. GOV site it has her listed as my lawyer. So, I give her 1 star because that is as low as I can go. Save yourselves lots of time a pain and go in another direction. I will be taking time out of my busy life to talk with the bar.
