Gave her $14,000.00 (upfront) nearly a year ago and she has not done one thing to aid us. Avoids us at every turn. Dishonest.

Ms Mann is just an exceptional human being she really cares for her clients .. when you feel all hope is lost in the justice system she will continue to fight when you've given up on it all she's still fighting for you !! I strongly recommend her services .. you want an attorney thats always in your corner and doesn't except no's from the prosecutors hire attorney Janis Mann !! You won't be disappointed!!

I hired Janis in 2020. She has not filed a motion on my behalf, she will not return my calls or emails, or even respond to in-person visits. I have tried to contact her at least 1-10 times a month since 2021 to get an update on the progress of my case. I can't even fire her because she will NOT respond to me. Watch out! If your case isn't newsworthy she will take your money and toss you to the wayside. Other than that, she's great at getting your hopes up to do NOTHING!

I called Mrs. Mann after 7 pm with a issue pertaining my brother in valdosta state prison. He needed medical attention and the prison officials wasn’t trying to hear it. She made it happen and now he’s getting medical attention. Thank you so very much. She is awesome and I’m thankful for people like her speaking up for the one’s that voices are not heard.

Janis makes it happen. I had ten years straight. No parole eligibility. She just got my sentence modified and 3 years early I'm out of prison. She helped get me into a recovery program and treats me like we known each other for years. She called me regular at the prison and took care of out of state charges too!!! She is the best thing to happen to me in a long time. Best lawyer I've ever had !

How to describe this attorney money hungry an someone whom makes promises before looking at a client's case takes money before finding out if anything can be done an treats lil things you can do yourself as if a high price tag I basically paid $2,263 for case papers an was told there are no grounds on my LO case when his whole sentencing is wrong anyways if you would have done same research I have done you would know this so what are you really license for if your so scared to dig into things an get to the bottom of this some attorney you are for someone whom is done his time but needs his sentencing fixed in order to not rot in jail an someone whom doesn't read case papers or transcripts taken there time throughout this what a waste of time ... hope others realize an don't fall for what I did very disappointed... I don't believe you tried u just gave up an failed us may God be with u ...

Janis is awesome. I've never seen an attorney work so hard for her clients. Due to the nature of her work, results can take a long time but she's done more for my loved one in the few months she's taken his case than past attorneys have in years. I'm looking forward to working with her as the case progresses.

After 11 yrs of expensive failed attorneys, I thought I would have to serve the 30yr life sentence given to me until my mom met Janis. She is the only lawyer after having 3, who got my sentence reduced and sent to the TC. She is so passionate, dedicated and compassionate and is still working to get me home early. She is the epitome of what a DEFENSE attorney should be. All of the other lawyers took my money and did the bare minimum. Not Janis she worked so hard until she got the results we wanted. She is forever my angel from heaven and I thank God for her everyday.

Attorney Janis has been working with me for nearly a year to get my terms of probation modified. Unfortunately, we had some setbacks due to Covid, but through it all, Janis was there. Her encouraging words while we were waiting for the courts kept me from getting discouraged. Knowing that she was only a phone call away alleviated some of my anxiety through it all.
