I fulfilled my undergrad internship requirement at The Law Office of Johnny Phillips in 2019. Johnny and his employees were incredibly helpful throughout my entire time there. I was able to gain real world business experience, while also gaining applicable life skills. Johnny’s firm allowed me to view and engage in an office setting with full encouragement and confidence. No task was too minor to work on and all personnel at the firm are eager to help in any way possible. The firm has the utmost concern for their clients- they are the top priority. This law firm maybe growing, but they still provide a small town feel. If drive on the interstate near Atlanta and see Johnny on a billboard, know that it’s a genuine law firm to serve you.

This firm does not only provide exceptional legal services, it has a lot of heart and demonstrates this not only by addressing clients in respectful manner but also by how it touches the lives in the community. Gifts given to children in need at Christmas and others such as Anchors for Hope.

Johnny Phillips is an excellent attorney and I would recommend him to anyone!! He was extremely responsive and informative in the happenings of my case. If I need an attorney in the future, I will use Mr. Phillips!

First of all Sam was very polite and respectful but that doesn't pay the medical bills associated with injuries I have. I ended up having neck and spine surgery and was told I would be in pain the rest of my life. They told me that there were two parts to my case repeatedly. After two years when the first part came to fruition I was asked to sign for it and was continuously reassured that there was a second part not to worry. So I trusted them and signed it. A couple of weeks later I was contacted by Johnny Phillips (One of only three times I had actually talked to him in two years). He told me that there was no second part of the settlement and that there was no more money. I asked him how I was supposed to pay for future medical bills since I was going to be in pain for the rest of my life. All he said was he was sorry but if I needed him for anything don't hesitate to call. I regret hiring this firm and having the surgery. I didn't hurt this bad before the surgery. I was told I could of ended up paralyzed if I didn't get it. Feeling left hung out to dry and kicked to the curb. BEWARE OF NO SECOND PART!!! Im going to the bar Association and reporting this law firm because all they have done is hurt my case now they are demanding payment from my settlement all the hospital records they were supost to get i had to go 45 mins to get for them that my case worker ask me to get that was working for this lawyer they never would return phone calls or keep me updated on anything i fired them and they sent a closing letter to both insurance Companies then out of the blue a week and a half later they want one third of my settlement demainding both insurances to give it to their office ive got all my Documents to back this story up showing they only hurt my case instead of helping me and im taken it to the bar assocation for their review along with all copites of his reviews showing how much hes hurt peoples cases just like mine i dont feel hes owed anything because he didnt do his job!!!

At first very responsive and now that it’s been well over a year the lack of response is terrible. No updates provided, when told I will receive a call back with updates…3 weeks later and still nothing. In order to get any information I have to contact the firm myself and just this week I’ve called multiple times and no calls returned. Very disappointed in the lack of communication.

Best attorney and office staff. Seriously, everyone that I spoke with cared deeply about what I was going through and what my needs/concerns were. They all took the time to listen and really explain to me what was going on. If I ever have an issue like this again, I will be going straight to Johnny Phillips.

Everyone i encountered, which non of which were the lawyers, were very kind and polite. Im giving 2 starts for multiple reasons. I feel like after the first 3 months, contact was just dropped since I wasn't a huge case for them. I waited 8 months for the first settlement for my daughter for our accident. Relieved the check and seen it was made for 2 months PRIOR to receiving it. 4 months ago, when I checked on my part of the settlement, I was told they were doing the reductions and would contact me soon. Called 2 months ago and was told the same. I keep calling and am being told the same. 2 weeks ago I called to speak with someone about my case, and was connected to "Miss Brittany" who still has yet to return my calls. Im guessing I will not receive my portion of the settlement even though I'm stuck with a permanent injury.
