I had to file for chapter 13 and Michael West handled everything with first class friendly service. I am very happy with the outcome of my case and won't hesitate to hire Mr. West again if the need ever arises.

On the heels of a nasty divorce, I had to visit with Mr. West and file the dreaded bankruptcy in order to keep my home, car & other essentials intact. I walked in his office feeling impeccably defeated and a little embarrassed, to be honest. He counseled me on my options, answered all of my questions, emails were always answered timely, someone always answered the phone in the business hours, I can go on and on and on about how amazing Mr. West and his staff are, but go see for yourself.

Mr. West makes a difficult situation much easier! He handled my bankruptcy, quickly and provided me with good advice. When you call the office, you actually get to speak to your attorney. I have worked with many attorneys before. Mr. West seems to be one of the most client focused that I have seen. He charges less than most of the attorneys in town and promptly and personally returned my calls when I called him with a question. He even responded quickly to e-mails that I sent after hours. I saw lots of great reviews on Google for Mr. West and so I met with him. Initially I was impressed by him and the way my bankruptcy was going. His office would return calls and provide the information I needed, but then again, as much as I was paying for my Chapter 7, I would hope that would be the case. The most disappointing thing about the whole process was my hearing. I felt that this was the most vital part to my cases success. When I showed up to my hearing I looked everywhere for Mr. West but he never showed up. He sent an attorney that doesn't even work with his office, and in fact upon further research, doesn't even live in Newnan, to handle my hearing. I would have expected that from an big Atlanta law office, but one of the reasons I went to him was the fact that he was a local lawyer in a small firm that promised personal service. In the end my case was successful but instead of feeling like a valued client, I felt like I was just another paycheck for Mr. West.

Well we filed early summer 2014. When we filed I was worried that we would have problems with debtors and we did but Mr West handled them with no problems he is the best lawyer out there and he will in the future handle all my lawyer needs. Any one looking for the best bang for their buck should use Mr West for Bankruptcy or any thing where you want to win the case.
