As is true with every attorney I have attempted to converse with, the definition of personal injury seems to be limited to such things as severing of limbs or Trans vaginal mesh implants gone awry. Ok maybe spinal injuries too. But try and explain psychological injury to attorneys? Get ready for a blank stare. Mensa, eh?
