I used Mr. Osborne for business for some years back whenI was running a business. He was always very responsive to my requests and very diligent in dealing with the matters at hand. This included litigation whiere I always found him to be very astute.We never lost a case where he represented us.. He was even able to extract us from a perilous situation we were in because of the inadequacy of previous representation. I have used him personally to draw new Wills for my wife and I beacuse of changes in the Estate Tax Law. In addition I have recommended him to several other people. They were all please with his representation.

I hired Mr. Osborne to handle a car accident where I was not at fault. Not only did Mr. Osborne handle my case with professionalism, he went above and beyond to ensure that I felt heard and that the damages to my car and were handled properly and that I was also compensated for the major inconvenience the accident caused. He was always available for my questions and concerns and helped me receive exactly what I deserved for my totaled car. Because of this phenomenal representation, my husband and I hired Mr. Osborne again to help us regarding our new home and an issue with our contractor. Again, Mr. Osborne was at our beck and call, making sure we were compensated properly. He answered every question promptly and thoroughly. We always felt heard and prioritized. We wanted to use him with a bank issue. When we asked for a contract, he wouldn't return our calls and then blocked our calls. Who does business without something in writing? Not us. Hire someone else.

Mr Osborne was quick to take money for legal advice for my elder care, but very slow to respond and then no response at all. He would not take nor return my calls; even just to try to retrieve my documents that I provided. I cannot recommend him and I would tell you to look elsewhere for a lawyer.
