David handled a Chapter 7 for us over three years ago. The bankruptcy experience wasn't pleasant but David was always there, always helpful and did a great job for us. In the few instances when I've needed to go back to him for some information or advice relating to the bankruptcy and then a foreclosure, I could always count on him. Even almost four years later when I needed to locate a document during a house purchase, I had a response to my email within minutes and the document early the next morning. I did not understand the bankruptcy process. I called David and asked him to explain my responsibilities and ask if I had any options. I told him that I honestly did not know much about it and I did not understand. Basically, I needed a tutor as well as a lawyer. I feel like the most important thing aside from trustworthy and smart legal services is legal advice at a level where the client understands it. I went to David seeking help from creditors, he was more than willing to help, after our initial phone conversation. After meeting David, he genuinely seemed concerned, about my worries.
