Schuler Elliott & Associates was truly a great firm with extreme processualism. Attorney Elliott assisted me with my case he was through, knowledgeable, communicative throughout the entire process. On days I felt there was no movement there would be emails at 2am for me that was huge. He was always calmingly reassuring. His expertise and knowledge is unmatched. I'm grateful I found him and was able to rely on him to bring my case to a successful resolution. When other attorney's said no and give it up he not only took the case but won me an outcome in my favor.

I am extremely fortunate to have found Schuyler Elliot & Associates, Inc. to represent me! In our first meeting, Schuyler patiently and meticulously explained the process and proposed a plan of action to that emphasized all deliverables required to move forward. I also received frequent communications as we progressed and immediate responses to any inquiries during the process. When the court date arrived, I experienced confidence and peace knowing that my Attorney not only had the experience necessary to present my case but also demonstrated the perseverance to make me whole!

Paid $2358.00. Called me days later and said he was dropping my case (and he had the right to drop any case he wants to) it was too much for him (this was after we had spent time on consult). Pulled the attorney card, said he would refund me $1000 plus my filing fees or he could keep the whole thing and I could do whatever I wanted. Claimed he did $1000 worth of work. No invoice sent to me, no proof - nothing nada! It is never a good thing when you have to leave an unfavorable review for a local business but imagine being in a difficult situation, going to someone to help you and only to be put in a worse of situation. So by choosing and trusting this lawyer, I basically LOST $1000 in just days. My hard earned living gone in just days! What a way to make money. What a shame, what a disgrace! After consulting with other lawyers, I found out that the information I was given was wrong for my situation, maybe that was why he took my $1000 and ran. I will follow up with Georgia Bar Association and the Better Business Bureau.

David was kind considerate and made me feel understood. He had compassion and was highly professional. He explained the process and took care of my bankruptcy.
