My family and I are extremely appreciative of Quijano & Associates. My name is Jessica Medrano and I am writing this review to share a little bit of my husbands and I experience with Quijano & Associates. Recently we completed my husband’s immigration process Petition for Alien Relative. We decided to use Quijano & Associates for my husband’s process because they were highly recommended to us from several close family and friends who had once been in our shoes. I know from personal experience choosing an attorney is not easy and can be nerve wrecking, especially when dealing with the subject of immigration. For us it was extremely important to find an attorney who was truthful and meticulous, and Attorney Viviana Quijano was that since day one of our initial consultation. After listening to our concerns & case she guaranteed us that everything was going to go smoothly. The process itself is overwhelming, but thankfully we had attorney Quijano to walk us through all the necessary steps. She was extremely helpful in everything from beginning to the end. She made the process less stressful then it could have been. Today marks 3 weeks that we completed his process and it could not have gone smoother. We will forever be thankful and appreciative for attorney Quijano and her staff. I came to Quijano Law to obtain help with my parent’s immigration process. Dealing with matters as delicate as immigration, it was extremely important to me to retain an attorney who was honest and diligent, and attorney Quijano was that and much more. From the moment I left my initial consultation, I knew I had found the perfect fit. I was treated professionally by her and her staff and given honest legal advice that allowed me to have an understanding of what my process would look like, from beginning to end. I was also provided with detailed instructions on how to proceed and what kind of documentation I needed to collect. Every interaction was always smooth and positive. One of the things that I appreciated the most was how easy it was to communicate with her office. Yo soy ciudadana colombiana pero actualmente me encuentro viviendo en Canadá y a través de Quijano Law logre aplicar y realizar todos los papeles correspondientes obteniendo exitosamente al final mi F-1. Desde un principio la abogada Quijano se caracterizó por su entrega y profesionalismo. Siempre estuvo disponible a resolver cualquier inquietud y fue muy clara al explicar todos los pasos a seguir. My husband was detained by ICE earlier this year, and I contacted this office and they were very helpful from the very beginning. While I was on the phone with the receptionist, she found him and was able to take me where he has transferred to. (Which meant a lot to me to know where he was). Attorney Viviana was very knowledgable and was able to get my husband out of detention within a week or so. She gave me a list of evidence and as soon as I provided them to her she sent those documents to the court and before I knew it my husband was back home. Something that I like about this firm is that they always answer the phone and they always gave me an status update about the case. I always felt that they knew what they were doing. I wished her office was closer to my house, but other than that I am very satisfied with Quijano Law. Gracias abogada Viviana por su ayuda.

Por dos anos fui víctima de un notario el cual no hizo nada por mi caso. Luego conocí a la abogada Viviana y ella desde el principio nos explico el proceso y la duración. Yo soy ciudadano americano y mi esposa es de Guatemala. Mi esposa entro sin papeles al país y la abogada Viviana a travez del proceso consular le saco la green card y ahora es Residente Permanente. A pesar que fue un proceso largo, Viviana siempre estuvo atenta de nosotros dejándonos que estaba pasando con el caso. Nos sentimos muy bien representados y la recomendamos completamente.

Viviana was my Immigration Lawyer in 2016. Not only is she very knowledgable and extremely professional (calling back in time, explaining the process, etc) she was also very caring and energetic. I lost a very important paper that needed to be faxed and she drove 2 hrs after work hours to make a copy for me. You don't find people like that anywhere anymore and I would strongly recommend her to anybody who needs help with immigration. I am extremely grateful for her services and happy I got to meet such a kind hardworking soul.

La abogada Quijano nos oriento, guio, represento e hizo que el proceso de deportacion de mi esposo terminara con un permiso de trabajo y eventualmente con una Green Card. Estamos muy satisfechos con su trabajo y con el de su equipo. Attorney Quijano represented my husband in his immigration process. She guided us in a great way and at the end my husband was able to obtain a Green Card. We are very satisfy with her job and her team.

For years my husband and I have been to several immigration lawyers looking for help with my immigration status, including who was supposed to be the best in the state, but none compare to Viviana Quijano. From the time we met with her it has been more of a friendly meeting than a business meeting. She actually cares about her clients and their situation and finds the best way to help them. I hired Mrs. Quijano and her firm for my wife's immigration process. I've dealt with other attorney's in the past, and those experiences were always somewhere between bad and horrible. Most lawyers take your money and then you can never get in touch with them. NOT HERE! Mrs. Quijano and her firm were great! She outlined the entire process to me, answered all my questions and made sure I completely understood what would happen. Then as we moved forward her or someone from her office was constantly in touch with me to make sure I knew what was going on. Working with Mrs. Quijano and her office is by far the BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had with a lawyer.

We met Mrs. Quijano through a referral. My husband is from Korea and I am from Colombia. My husbad went to her office to see how to bring me over in order to get married. Mrs. Quijano explained to him the process and she was always avaialble for questions. She always respnded to my emails in a timely manner and what I like the most was that she was always in contact wiht us letting us know the steps she was taking. She is very knowledgable and friendly, as was her staff. This is an attorney that I definitely recommend.
