I would not refer this law firm to anyone, it’s been a 1year and my case hasn’t settled yet. I’ve been through damn near everyone in the office taking over from time to time in a years time frame . Chelesa I’m told who the lawyer is , her communication is slim to none. We’re spoken once as client there’s no priority of client from her..She’s never reachable and I mean never ... I like lawyers who takes pride there clients seriously Today’s Nov 1st I was told I’ve received information or a update( posted below real proof) that I did not receive, not even a callback I called them and no one even was considerate enough to call me back I really wish I never hired this firm to represent me I can prove it I take notes..I’ve had the worst experiences ever McKenzie took over as the paralegal maybe an couple ago .She’s help me as much as she could with delivering information she the best person in that law firm that I’ve encountered in my opinion. I’m very frustrated and dissatisfied of how things has been in the past year.In beginning everything was good then Kevin got assigned to another department it went downhill then there was Josh(u) after him it was months before I heard from anyone or even anything I was In a car wreck September 2023 it’s November 2024 and they still waiting on progressive to respond are serious right now. I fractured and dislocated my shoulder. I was seriously hurt. This insurance company (Progressive) has used every tactic not to comply with what I’m rightfully entitled too.. I feel as if Goodlaws law firm hasn’t been aggressive enough for me to close out this case .. I hope this review reaches the right person to get me the help I need The finish this case. .This is a message they left a unkept promise Hi Ms.Holmes it’s 770GoodLaw. I wanted to send you a message before I left the office that I talked to your attorney Chelsea and she said that the opposing counsel "sounded like he was open to set-tling" and she has high hopes. They have until November 1st to re-high hopes.
