I live in another state and got a speeding ticket in Georgia. The kind of violation where points will be taken off my driver's license. Exploits small businesses with exorbitant fees and interest charges. Finally provided me a decision on how much my balance was 1 MONTH after I asked and charged fees and interest during said month, despite my good-natured, continued followup.
Will take their sweet time to tell you your balance and will charge you for that time.
