DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY THEY ARE THE WORST LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS THEY WERE SO DISHONEST AND THEY ARE NOT LOOKING OUT FOR YOU ! THEY DESERVE TO BE SUED THEY SHOULD NEVER BE CONSIDERED AS AN OPTION ! DON’T BE LIKE ME AND SAY WELL MAYBE IT COULD BE DIFFERENT DON’T DO IT IM NOT EVEN SURE HOW THEY PASSED ANY EXAMS !

If I could give 0 stars I would. My family and I were involved in an accident summer of last year and we mistakenly hired this firm. We’ve had to do ALL the leg work, follow up calls and provide information we hired this firm to handle. They do not follow up, they change the case handler often and they all perform the same HORRIBLE! Please do not hire this company. Btw you sign a contract for 33%up front because they know their work is horrible.

The worst experience…DO NOT GO HERE! Law Office (35%) and Medical Providers(40.3%)they overcharge you!!! were too much above my own (20.0%) compensation.

If I could give them no stars, I would. Very unprofessional and they do not have their clients best interest. Please stay far away from this ghetto entrapment. You will be representing yourself. Please do your research before consulting any attorney. They are poor communicators and do not follow up!

This firm did an excellent job with my case. Marta did not want to pay me anything for my case. Thanks to Mr. rossner and Monika for keeping me calm and they kept working on it for me until I got my money. They stayed on top of my appointments even when I forgot them, my car was repaired and looked new again, they called me through out my case with updates and things I needed to do on my end, they also got me good discounts on my bills and everyone was nice to me. I had no problems and so happy right now.

Lisa Luong law firm does not look out for their client's best interest.
The doctors used within their network of services are allowed to overcharge the clients for medical services. The client is not only physically, mentally, financially drained but also emotionally drained by the dishonesty and the lack of loyalty of this firm.

Got into a accident, i got referred to her, so we sat down she made me feel like she was going to have my back throughout the whole process, then proceeded to not follow up,it was hard to reach her, and when you did, it felt like she was always rushing you off the phone, and eventually . she called out the blue to tell me she couldn't handle my case anymore....no explanation or anything...just a sorry.....just like that.

Please dont use this law firm I was not kept informed on my case lawyer was almost always unreachable. I was not given my file just a horrible experience during my horrific vulnerable time.

This office and everyone in it, is so unprofessional. They do nothing and expect you to do everything. We have been waiting over 2 years and the accident was NOT our fault! You have to constantly call for updates and they give you attitude as if you did something wrong for inquiring about YOUR money!

small office, but very attentive. I prefer that over the 1800 lawyers any day. I knew exactly who was working on my case at every given time, when it was passed on each person introduced themselves and the reason we were moving on. I appreciate the personal treatment from the staff, it was my first time having this type of case with a law firm and the girls made it a smooth one.

Hired this attorney 2+ years ago for a accident case. Never followed up. Gave my file to another attorney without my permission. I have contacted the board about this lawyer. Has a very rude unprofessional paralegal named Tommy. Curses and acts as if you're bothering him. Never met Lisa. Office staff unknowledged and nasty. Run. Don't hire them!
