I have never dealt with any law firm the doesn’t have some kind of urgency with working on a case. You ask them to do one thing and they do another all awhile withholding information it’s like you have to beg for a simple update. Will never hire them again.

They did not stay up to date with my case. They told me one thing and did another. I would not hire them again. I refuse to deal with someone that is rude and unprofessional.

I've never hired a personal injury lawyer before for my 'minor' accidents. I was referred to Mrs. Luong through a friend who had a great experience. I was always kept up-to-date on what was going on, checked up on me and how I was doing, and made sure I was well taken care of to ensure I did not have to worry about my case. My doctor visits were setup in convenient locations to me.

I had a great experience at the law office of Lisa Luong. Her staff was very attentive and patient with me. They answered all of my questions and kept me updated on my case; even when I had doctor's appointments, they would call and remind me. They were able to get me a lot of money on my case, even more than I expected! I would recommend this office.
