I hired Tracy for a civil matter. I paid a $3000 retainer and she told me all these great things she could do to help me at my first meeting with her, however, once she got my money things went down-hill from there. Tracy would never return my phone calls and when I did speak with her she would make up some excuse why she had not done much work on my case. The one time we did go to court she was not prepared. I would have been better off representing my self . Do hire this person you will regret it

Tracy helped me with a legal matter that involved a family member so it was complex. She helped me navigate the legal issues and counseled me on my relationship with my family matter. Happy to report that since the legal matter was handled so professionally and with care I have a great relationship with my family member! Cannot recommend her enough!

I used Tracy’s legal services for a real estate closing and she failed to clear title properly and closed over a tax lien. After two months of hearing her excuses of why the tax lien was not her mistake she finally turned it over to her insurance carrier and they paid off the tax lien. It was a horrible experience and it should have been corrected immediately and not have taken two months, Do not use Tracy or use any law firm which would hire Tracy to conduct real estate closings for them.

Tracy has always been a great attorney for me. I have had a quite a few consultations with her regarding different issues and she has always been professional and honest. She also represented me in a family law case which we won. I would use her over and over again!!

Hired her as divorce lawyer on recommendation of a “friend.” Totally unprepared at first meeting with spouse and lawyer. $5,000 retainer and after court date was rescheduled and I dropped her got another $5,000 bill. Sorry to hear others have had bad experiences and equally sorry she is still in practice.

I found my experience dealing with Tracy Waldrop to be very discussing and she has no integrity. The contract she wrote up was incorrect and she misplaced/ lost important documentation. Don't hire her and she shouldn't be allowed to practice law.

busy? dealing with stephen? busy doing what? not cleaning house since yall live in dog urine and feces. plz kid. go clean your room. 2 sides to every story...you only heard one side and you stayed on that side. the dirty pee and poop side.

For all you people talking about my mom, I hope you know she's been through a lot she had to deal with Stephen her whole life, plus she's super busy and stressed give her a break.

Worst experience ever. You will end up doing most of the work you paid her to do, wait forever, never get any call backs, takes vacations every month, doesn't explain anything. Just a train wreck.

I had problem after problem with Tracy. It took her almost a year to do something that was agreed upon by both parties. Never returned my phone calls. Was constantly getting excuses from her staff. Something that was supposed to be included in the price at the time of signing was all the sudden another $1500 when she knew all along that was supposed to be done. She was very helpful at the consultation taking almost 2 hours talking with me but in the end it just took way to long. She had my money and put me on the back burner.

After repeatedly asking is there "anything" I can provide to you so that we avoid court, I received the "11th hour" we need this and this. And even at that point, I had to constantly repeat my answers to her. She had "no" idea what the issues were and waited until the last minute to even "review" the case. I had to file my own paperwork personally with the court because it was never filed by this attorney. After realizing this attorney had no interest in my case or protecting my rights, i had to remove her and represent myself (since I had paid her over $1200 already and didn't have anymore money). I got "run" over in court. My childsupport was increased significantly and I ended up paying the opposing attorney $3,000.00 (per the Judges Order). All of this could have been avoided if she had met with and resovled all issues months prior to the court date (as I requested). She had 1 excuse after another (Personally issues come up...the child support software doesn't work....I'm in court on another case). It never ended. Meanwhile I kept asking what can I do to move this along and avoid court? This was a huge disaster that my wife, and my other two children (1 of whom is autistic and requires extensive / expensive therapy) and my family continue to have to pay for each month (the Judge spread out the opposing attorney fees over 20 months). The judge also refused to allow my autistic son's therapy cost to be considered when determining my childsupport. I'm sure any attorney worth $1 would have fought for that inclusion. I lost a lot, but my children lost more thanks to this attorney.
