Without going into specifics, had interaction with Sam which left me completely impressed. Professional and with my best interest in mind, it was very refreshing to get advice on a personal matter where I did not feel that things were being done simply to run up the clock/billing. A man of ethical business principles and a credit to his industry.

BROKERS BEWARE be prepared to handhold the pre-closing process. Although the attorneys may be professional, this firm lost $1,000s of dollars in my commission earnings due to not being able to find their way around GAR forms.

We reached out to these attorneys right before the Christmas holiday when the majority of people were taking off work early. They were immediately responsive and assured us they could get it done. Emily Webb, our closing attorney, managed to somehow prepare our entire file for closing in one day as we had just transferred from another attorney and needed to get the file closed urgently. I'm not sure how she did it, but she saved the day. They are investor friendly, highly professional, and diligent in their work. Lawson, Beck & Sandlin will be our go-to closing attorney for any nearby property we may acquire in the future.

First time I called Lexi was very nice, second time I called I spoke with Melanie, she was pretty rude on the phone. If you can I recommend you use a different title company or just ask for Lexi.
