Awesome service

This was my first experience with a Georgia Real Estate law office as we relocated across country. I am stunned at their previous reviews. I’m not sure why we received such unprofessional service. Even though they have a very simple system to upload documents and provide personal information, it is my experience they don’t actually read the information on the portal. They misspelled my name on the trust deed multiple times even though my name is actually in the email address they sent the documents to. They used the wrong property address after we told them on multiple occasions, as well as in writing, the correct property address. The paralegal Priscilla was extremely rude when requesting information to the portal that our coordinator, Christie, had not yet established. They sent our new deed to our old home with my name misspelled, again. We fortunately had a good relationship with the owners of our old home and they got the documents back to us. Almost a year later we are still dealing with the incompetence of this real estate law firm that did not correct the property address. As a real estate professional, I’ve never seen such sloppy work. I would avoid Weissman Peachtree City. Georgia should really consider escrow companies to handle real estate transactions, they have less ego and more competition.
