Annie is really great when representing for custody issues. I’ve been going to court for 10 years on and off with no success at getting the time for visitation that I needed. I hired Annie and she’s walked me through the process, advised and been available . I went from having supervised visits to now unsupervised visits with joint custody. This was a super win. I think I hired the best attorney for such a complicated case. If your case is complicated, I’m not just saying this , she knows how to argue to your defense in court. I recommend her and am rehiring her for another change needed with my other child .

Mrs. Mulligan saved my daughter. After several years of litigations that left my daughter and I hopeless in the legal system, Mrs Mulligan, gave my daughter her voice back. Initially, it seemed that my daughter’s voice would not be heard and that I would continue to fail at bringing her home. I had consults and even hired attorneys, to no avail. As a parent, I made mistakes during litigations and I was willing to be held accountable but I didn't believe at any point, that my daughter should be ignored and dismissed to the extent of emotional distress. I thought that I needed an aggressive attorney, not for validation or vindication, but to give my daughter her voice and allow facts and evidence to determine a final decision. As a parent, as a person, I will continue to learn, Mrs Mulligan provided the strength of a mother and understood my position but more than that she gave the right amount of assertive, aggression for a court to hear my daughter, and Mrs Mulligan was thunderous! Thanks to Mrs Mulligan the bond that my daughter and I share will continue to deepen. Mrs. Mulligan believed in the needs of my daughter and she represented in the courtroom as if it was her daughter's best interest. She represented in a very powerful and professional manner. She has the client's best interest, she's knowledgeable, and fearless. I am hopeful that I won't need another attorney and it would be too soon if I never see a courtroom, again. I've never had to hire an attorney before and was extremely nervous. What should have been an easy divorce was made nearly impossible due to an absent father who refused to sign simple papers.
